16.20 - Accepting a Base Release: ACCEPT - Teradata Tools and Utilities

• If you are installing a base release (for example, 15.00), use ACCEPT to accept the base function at the major or minor release level. You do not need to run ACCEPT if you are upgrading to a new maintenance release. You would have performed this ACCEPT procedure before installing any additional functions or maintenance releases.
