The Dispatchers run requests on Teradata systems in the order the Sequencer assigns.
Each Teradata system on each Unity server needs a Dispatcher.
The Dispatchers balance the load for connections on all available gateways on the target system and monitor the health of each gateway. For passive sessions, the Dispatchers execute requests on Teradata systems in the order received from individual client connections.
