Once the Unity processes have started, check the states of the Sequencers:
/opt/teradata/unity/bin/unityadmin -u admin -P admin -e "sequencer status"
-
Ensure that the HA Status is Peer.
If HA Status is not Peer, go to the next step.
-
Check the Individual Sequencer States.
If one of the Sequencer processes is not in the Active state and the other in the Standby state, go to the next step.
-
Ensure the following:
- Both Sequencer processes have started and are running.
- Each Unity server can access the other Unity server.
- At least one of the Watchdog processes is running.
