- Contact your Teradata Customer Success Manager or Account Executive to confirm the feature flag is available for your environment and request enablement.
- Identify your IT administrator who owns the IdP integration and SCIM configuration.
- Confirm your Identity Provider type (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or other OIDC provider).
- Define your IdP group structure and the groups to be mapped to Teradata platform roles.
- Review the limitations and confirm any in-scope constraints with your account team.
- Make sure a DBA with CREATE USER privileges is available to create the SCIM Admin User before setup begins.
