SCIM is a per site component. Each VantageCloud Enterprise site gets its own SCIM admin, Client ID and Client Secret. You cannot use credentials from one site with another. When you complete SCIM setup for one site, the Console shows Enable next site option to streamline multi site rollout.
If you are configuring SCIM across multiple sites, repeat the setup for each site and maintain a record of which Client ID maps to which environment.
If your site has CMEK (Customer-Managed Encryption Keys) enabled, verify that Teradata SCIM IAM roles have the required KMS key policy tags before activating SCIM. Missing tags causes key access failures that prevent SCIM from functioning. Contact your Teradata account team to confirm CMEK tag configuration before proceeding.
