Completing the setup in the Teradata Enterprise Console does not automatically start synchronization. The Console configures Teradata side of the integration, it creates the SCIM endpoint, generates your credentials and prepares the environment to receive provisioning requests. Syncing begins only after you activate SCIM in your identity provider.
Until you complete this step in your IdP, you cannot provision users and no sync activity appears in Teradata SCIM logs. The Teradata Console shows the site status as Active, but this reflects that SCIM is enabled on Teradata side only. Actual provisioning depends on your IdP being configured and turned on.
If you are configuring multiple sites, use Enable next site in the Console before completing IdP configuration, so all sites are ready before you activate sync.
