Per the Teradata Vantage Master Agreement, Teradata collects telemetry data and sends it back to Teradata using telemetry collection agents. Teradata perform these services:
- Detect, troubleshoot, or resolve issues
- Analyze and report system usage
- Enable metering and billing capabilities
Teradata does not collect Personal Identifiable Information or customer data stored on Vantage systems.
