Explanation

This error occurs if the system receives a request while another request is outstanding for the specified session. This error could originate from one of the following events: 1) The client issues the next request before the current request has finished and the TDP manages to let the next request get sent to the Teradata server before the current request has finished. 2) The current request was not in a fully processed state when the Teradata server reported it as finished.
