- Space accounting cache is full of non-purgeable entries.
- Explanation
- When space for a user/database is being modified in the DBC.DataBaseSpace table the corresponding cache entry in the space accounting cache is set to non-purgeable state. If the number of such non-purgeable entries at any time is equal to the maximum number of entries cache can hold then no new entry can be read into the cache as there will be no room in the cache until those entries are reset to purgeable state. This means space cannot be accounted for the new user/database.
