Internal checks have found one or more conditions for which the user can do little, if anything, to recover. These messages are designed for use by support center personnel to diagnose and locate the source of a problem. Although there seem to be many of these messages, they are rarely received, and their number helps to identify the exact cause of a failure. Such messages contain information to enable support personnel to diagnose a problem with greater accuracy. Be sure to save all messages and reports associated with the condition and include them in the incident.
