Provide administrators the ability to create compute cluster groups and compute cluster profiles. The WITH GRANT OPTION clause, which is optional, allows the admin user (such as CloudDBA in the example) to grant other users the privilege.	GRANT CREATE COMPUTE GROUP TO CloudDBA WITH GRANT OPTION GRANT CREATE COMPUTE PROFILE TO SysDBA WITH GRANT OPTION
