ITERATE: A keyword introducing the ITERATE statement to terminate the execution of the current iteration of a labeled iteration statement, and start the next iteration.
label_name: The label_name references the iteration statement with which the label is associated, and whose current iteration is to be terminated.; The next iteration is started conditionally in WHILE or FOR, and unconditionally in LOOP and REPEAT.
