Adds a system-determined storage format of COLUMN or ROW for the column_name or column_name group.
ADD SYSTEM (column_name ) alters the column partition in which the column exists to have a system-determined format of COLUMN or ROW, if the format is not already defined with SYSTEM format.
If you do not specify a storage format, Vantage defaults to SYSTEM.
