Teradata occasionally adds a new mechanism or mechanism property to the TdgssLibraryConfigFile.xml. These mechanisms and properties perform default functions without additional configuration; however, if you need to edit a new mechanism or a new property value, first check to see if it is in TdgssUserConfigFile.xml and uncomment it. If the mechanism or property is not in the user config file, you must move it to TdgssUserConfigFile.xml (copy/paste it from TdgssLibraryConfigFile.xml) before you can make the change.
