The Teradata® IntelliFlex® cabinet builds provide details on clique configurations for the IntelliFlex system. These builds show either a single cabinet or dual cabinet configuration in each figure. A single cabinet may contain up to two cliques.

Cabinet builds accommodate different numbers of components depending on the system and power option. Build topics provide details on the types and maximum numbers of each component that can be installed.

Non-IntelliFlex nodes (channel, ECS, PE, SAS worker, TMS, TMSS) are allowed in most IntelliFlex system configurations.

In these cabinet builds, the single cabinet is shown with the contents displayed in two to five columns. These represent all the possible components that can be installed within a single IntelliFlex cabinet, and the specific U space locations that are valid for each type of component. One component from each column can be installed in your system, according to the allowed placements.
To avoid an invalid configuration, system installs must use both the build rules and the build graphics provided by Teradata.
