Vantage Analyst allows you to create repeatable and operationalized processes by setting up rules and workflows. Analytic workflows enable business users to perform complex, high volume, rules-based calculations and analytics on the Vantage platform. When executing workflows, you can use either the connection credentials defined in workflow or your current session credentials.
Vantage Analyst includes a sample workflow named Demographic Stats Example.
When importing and exporting workflows, Vantage Analyst includes rules with the .workflow file. You can also import and export rules in a separate .rule file.
By default, Vantage Analyst uses the Vantage Trial shared database environment. For the best experience, we recommend using a personal database. To create and use database objects from your personal database in workflows, you must qualify object names with your user name.
