When you use this trial, we assume the following:
- Trial users are mainly business analysts, data scientists, and SQL developers supported by a DBA and Cloud Administrator.
- You are familiar with SQL and database management system concepts, and file formats such as CSV, JSON, and Parquet.
- You have a basic understanding of accessing external object stores on Amazon S3, Azure Blob, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) Gen2, and Google Cloud Storage.
- You have a Cloud Administrator who provides you with credentials if you plan to access your company’s data in external object stores.
- If you have existing Amazon S3 buckets in your AWS account and want to give Vantage access to them, your existing S3 bucket policy must be appended with a code snippet. To do this, you generate a code snippet using the Console. See Access to Your Amazon S3 Bucket
