Availability reports show site availability and outage metrics, including database downtime and network connectivity disruptions. Teradata does not count the following outages toward the availability SLA:
- Scheduled downtime
- Network connectivity issues
Review a report by clicking the monthly availability percentage. Metrics are available by calendar month for the last 12 months. Date ranges are in UTC.
