Follow the instructions in the cloud account activation email you receive from Teradata. Or, complete these steps using the credentials in that email.
- Go to https://console.vantage.teradata.com.
- Select To activate account or reset password, click here, and log in.

Enter the email address and type in the code.
Teradata sends you an email with instructions and a custom link to reset your password.

Select the link in the email, then enter a new passphrase and password.
Google Chrome is the recommended browser.Your password locks after three failed attempts and expires every 60 days. If your password locks or expires, follow the same steps above to reset it. You will need your passphrase.
