To deploy in any of the supported Azure US Government regions, such as US Gov or US DoD, you must use BYOL. The Azure portal for these regions is https://portal.azure.us.
The Azure Australia Central Regions support a restricted group of customers in the Australian and New Zealand governments. Whitelisting is the method Microsoft Azure restricts membership to these regions. Contact your Microsoft Azure Account Team to get clarification about the regions, submit an eligibility request, and obtain access to the correct regions. For more information, see https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/global-infrastructure/australia/. After you are granted access, the Azure portal is the same as other regions which is https://portal.azure.com.
