The Teradata customer portal (https://support.teradata.com) provides access to Teradata products, services, support, and education. In the portal, you can do the following:
- Request Teradata support for an incident
- Download software releases
- Access educational materials
You can use your current Teradata customer portal account for products previously purchased from Teradata, such as on-premises systems; however, you need a new site ID for Vantage on Azure (DIY) support that is associated with your current Teradata customer portal account.
