Although able to perform full system-level backups, conventional backups are also ideal for partial backups that support the following use cases:
- Object-level backups at the individual table or database level
- Frequent backups of tables or databases that change often
- Writing restored data to an alternative table or database when there is adequate space
- Migrating data to a separate Vantage-hosted system is available as a separate service for an additional fee.
