Using the credentials from your Teradata activation email, activate your Console account if not already performed:
- Select the Console link supplied in your Welcome letter.
- Enter the email address and type in the code.Teradata sends you an email with instructions and a custom link to reset your password.
- Select the link in the email, then enter a new passphrase and password.Google Chrome is the recommended browser.Your password locks after three failed attempts and expires every 60 days. If your password locks or expires, follow the same steps above to reset it.
