Prerequisite
- You must have login credentials for https://support.teradata.com.
- You must be outside of the Teradata network to access https://slem.teradata.com/ecp.
- Access the Entitlement Management System (EMS) at: https://slem.teradata.com/ecp.
- At the sign in screen, enter the email address and password you use for the Teradata customer portal (https://support.teradata.com) and click Sign in.If you are not a registered EMS user, a screen appears providing information about requesting access.
