On both the Tree Browser and Text Tree, passing the mouse over a node or rule results in a hyperlink indication. When Rules List is enabled, clicking on the hyperlink results in a popup displaying all rules leading to that node or decision as follows:

The Node Detail, as described above, can be used to copy the Rules List to the Windows Clipboard.
