The available Expert Options differ significantly depending on whether the user is connected to a Teradata or an Aster database.

(Teradata Database)
Variable Creation > Input > Expert Options (Teradata)
This screen provides nearly the same options as those provided by the Variable Creation - INPUT - Variables window, as described in Variable Creation - INPUT - Variables. The principal difference is that instead of Variables or Dimensions there are several expert clauses that may not be added to or deleted. Therefore, the New and Add buttons are not present. The Wizard button can be used only to add conditions, not Searched Case statements or Dimensions.
The following Expert Options are available only on the Teradata database:- Qualify Clause
- Group By Cube Clause
- Group By Rollup Clause
- Group By Grouping Set Clause
- Grouping Set Clause
- Sample Clause
- Top Clause
- Expand On Clause
