Default values for Target Date and Literal Parameter values are displayed on the Parameters tab if these SQL elements are used in the chain of analyses to publish. Note, however, that if a Score analysis is being published, Target Date and Literal Parameter values may not be used in the Score analysis, and if these SQL elements are used in an ADS analysis chained to a Score analysis, the values cannot be changed in the Model Manager. (This is equivalent to the Fix option described below being set to “1” for all parameters.)

On the Parameters tab of this screen, select:
  • Modify Default Target Date — If checked, a different default value to be displayed by the Model Manager AppCenter can be entered here.
  • Modify Default Parameter Values — If checked, different default values to be displayed by the Model Manager or AppCenter can be entered here for any literal parameters found in a referenced Variable Creation, Variable Transformation or Free Form SQL analysis, or, if it exists, in the chain of analyses referenced by the selected analysis to publish. The following options are available:
    • The Sort option can be used to sort the literal parameters in the display grid, By Name, By Type or By Entry (i.e., the order originally entered into the referenced analysis).
    • The Fix option can be used to change the flag indicating whether or not the Model Manager should allow the parameter to be edited (0 means the value is not fixed and editing is allowed, while 1 means the value is fixed, with editing not allowed).
This field is ignored when publishing to the AppCenter Server or AppCenter Files.
    • The Properties option can be used to change the Value, Fixed and/or Description fields if desired.
