- From the Unassigned Requests report panel, press Ctrl and click the rows to be grouped into an existing workload.
- Right-click to display shortcut menu.

Click Add To, then click Existing Workload.
The Select Workload dialog box appears.

Select the workload you want to add the unassigned requests to and click OK.
The selected unassigned requests are grouped with the existing workload and are removed from the Unassigned requests report.
