Use print preview to view a plan as it will appear when printed. Display multiple pages of a plan in a reduced size to see page breaks before printing the document.

The Preview dialog box appears.
- Select one or more Preview Options check boxes.
- [Optional] To fit the plan on one page, select the Fit Visual Explain to one page check box.

Click OK.
A print preview of the plan appears.

Do one of the following:

Click Print to print the plan (see Printing an Execution Plan).

Click Close to close this window and return to the plan without printing.
