  1. Open a command prompt.
  2. Create a database username and password.
  3. Change directory to TTU_install_directory/sample/quickstart.
  4. Update jmsaxsmod_parmfile accordingly.
  5. Change directory to TTU_install_directory/sample/validate.
  6. Run the command ./jmsaxsmodvalidate.ksh Tdpid UserName UserPassword , where the following is true:
    • The validation script executes jmsaxsmodqstart.fl in the quickstart directory
    • Tdpid is a database ID
    • UserName is a database username
    • UserPassword is a database user password
