Clearing a summary alert group changes the group status from Active to Cleared. When a summary alert scenario is resolved, it should be cleared to remove it from the list of problem scenarios being monitored.
- In the Summary Alert Viewer, select one or more summary alerts.
Do one of the following:
- Select .
- Click then click Clear Summary Alerts.
- Right-click the alert, or alerts, and select Clear Summary Alerts.
- Click Yes to confirm you want to clear the selected alert.
