Service accounts store system credentials required for job execution so that users do not have to provide the credentials each time they run the script. Root users create service accounts and assign administrators to them. Administrators can assign service accounts to scripts, with only one service account per script.

If no service account has been assigned to a script, "" appears next to the script. If a service account has been assigned to a script, "" appears next to the script.

  1. Make sure the root user has created a service account for the system you want to assign and you have been granted permission to service accounts.
  2. Select "" > Develop.
  3. Select "", select the service account, then select Assign.
