Select an Existing Table as a Destination | Vantage Analyst - Selecting an Existing Table as a Destination - Teradata Analytic Apps - Vantage Analyst

1. From Map and Calculate, select a Database.
2. Select a Table, then click Select Table.
3. Do any of the following to specify map columns:

   Option	Action
   Map a source column into the destination column	Click in Select a field and select a field.
   Create a formula to populate the destination column	Select > Formula. Enter a Formula Name. Select a Type. In Formula Builder, select the Fields, Functions, or Variables tabs and select options to create a formula. Select Save and Close.

4. [Optional] Include a variable in a column:

   Option	Action
   Add a variable	Select > Formula. In Formula Builder, select Variables. By Rule Variables, select Complete variable information. Select Create Variable.
   Edit a variable	Select > Formula. In Formula Builder, select Variables. Hover over a Rule Variable, then select > Edit. Update the variable information. Select Save Variable.
   Delete a variable	Select > Formula. In Formula Builder, select Variables. Hover over a Rule Variable, then select > Delete. Select Yes.

5. Select Continue.
