Start, End (success), and End (failure) nodes have a single connector to which you connect the nodes in your workflow.
  • Start node connects to the first node in your workflow or customer list.
  • End (success) and End (failure) nodes can connect to any number of nodes.
The three nodes are always present in the workflow and cannot be deleted.
  • Start and End (success) nodes must be connected.
  • End (failure) node can be left unconnected.
  • Failure (red) connectors that are not explicitly connected within the workflow are implicitly connected to the End (failure) node.

The left side of each node displays a single input connector to which you connect other nodes in the workflow.

Green and red dot output connectors appear on the right side of each node to specify success and failure scenarios. Select and drag from each connector to point to the following:
  • An email node to send email in a failure scenario
  • Next node in the workflow
  • End (success) or End (failure) nodes in the workflow
