The default batch insert size is 5,000 records, and affects SFTP nodes using an inbound data integration. A new volatile table is created for each input file and data is inserted in a batch of 5,000 records. After the file is read completely, data is copied from the volatile table to the destination table, and the volatile table is deleted.
