SFTP channels endpoints use different methods to communicate to external data sources or destinations. Data is handled for inbound and outbound data integrations as follows:
- For an external source, SFTP Inbound data integrations insert the fetched data to the Vantage database.
- For an external destination, the application gets the data from the Vantage database and sends it out using SFTP Outbound data integrations.
