For SFTP Outbound data integrations, the system generates the files from the data for an external system to process and inject that data into the external system.
An SFTP Outbound data integration produces files that are placed on the SFTP server. Error messages associated with any errors encountered when creating the files will be generated. These files are streamed directly to the SFTP server. The authentication used in the SFTP connection must have write access to the SFTP directory, otherwise, the connection cannot write the files to the SFTP server.
For the datetime fields, the following supported types are inserted into the database:
- TIMESTAMP
- TIMESTAMP WITH TIMEZONE
Required fields in the output format and the table must be specified. The following errors are registered when the workflow executes and these requirements are not met:
- Insufficient disk space
- File not generated
- File not put onto the SFTP server
