With Vantage CX you can filter the Events table by using extended customer attributes. This feature allows you to compare different paths taken by different types of users.
In this section, you combine the CUSTOMER_PROFILE table with the Events table in order to analyze the customer journey based on attributes such as data usage or voice minutes used. To accomplish this you will do the following:
- Update the tutorial database by adding a new table with extended customer attributes
- Create a data source to join the customer profiles table with the Events table
- Create a customer list to add the new data source
- Use the extended attributes to filter the customer journeys based on the type of customer
