Prerequisite You must have a site ID to configure or test Teradata ServiceConnect.
All PSIM sites in Vantage should be configured with a minimum of 2 PSIMs and ServiceConnect enabled for both TCA and PSIM Support Telemetry Delivery.
Instance of the Axeda Enterprise Server (serviceconnect.teradata.com) should be used, and an ITS Ticket must be submitted to get the Site configured in the Enterprise before or during deployment.
