In a 2800 base cabinet, a 680 system is part of a multi-system configuration. The 2800 base cabinet can contain one or two 680 systems. If a Platform Framework Cabinet contains two 680 systems, the 680 systems are part of a multi-system configuration.
In a multi-system configuration:
- All systems must be running the same version of SMWeb Services (11.04 or later) .
- All server management switches in individual systems are joined together in a single server management domain.
- The multi-system configuration has a single server management Site ID.
