  1. Go to https://support.teradata.com.
  2. Log in.
  3. Click Update Your Software.
  4. Select Database and Applications in the left-hand navigation panel.
  5. Click the Teradata Applications tab and do the following:
    1. From Sub Category, select Unity Data Mover.
    2. From Release select the release version to download.
    3. As applicable, select the appropriate Platform, Site Id, and Change Control.
    4. Click Submit.
  6. Select the version of the .ova file to download, such as the following package name:
    TERADATA_DM_16.20.25.00
  7. At the top of the page, in Teradata FTP/SFTP, enter the FTP directory name.
  8. Click the Download or Download All button.
    The .ova file, which contains the template, is large (5GB) and may take time to download.
  9. In the Download window, follow the instruction for accessing the software from the FTP/SFTP location.
