The maximum size of the fully expanded text for a view is 2 MB.
Because Teradata Database expands source text in view definitions to fully qualify object names and to normalize expressions, it is possible for a valid view definition to be created, but to be unusable in practice because of stack overflows in the Syntaxer at execution time. In this case, the system returns an error.
