Log on to the local and remote monitoring servers: local.monitor.host and remote.monitor.host.

On /opt/teradata/client/nn.nn/datamover/failover/monitor.properties, do the following:
- Set the value for monitor.useTviLogger as True.
- Make sure that tvilogger.properties exists and has been configured with the correct Server Management logging method.
