Define an alias for all five servers in the /etc/hosts file on each system (DM1, DM2, DM3, VP1, and VP2), if not already defined.
For example, the following entries would be added to the host files on DM1:

##.##.###.## DM3

##.##.###.## VP1

##.##.###.## VP2

On DM1 and DM2, add a public IP address to the /etc/hosts file so that the name of the server does not resolve to the 127.0.0.1 IP address.
