When a TARA client must restore a dataset image that was created on a different TARA client, it is important that Teradata Extension for NetBackup is configured to allow each Teradata client access to the other Teradata clients’ datasets. There are two methods to make the client override. They are normally done during installation. When this is completed, TARA clients can access the images of other TARA clients.
