Continuation for SQL Statements - Preprocessor2 for Embedded SQL

Line continuation rules for a SQL statement are the same as COBOL continuation rules within EXEC SQL blocks.

If a string constant is continued from one line to the next, the first non-blank character in the next line must be a string delimiter.
