Cloudera Manager (CM) is a web-based tool for the following tasks:
- Monitoring cluster performance and utilization
- Managing configurations of cluster services
- Provisioning services in Hadoop clusters
Cloudera Manager deploys, configures, and operates clusters with a centralized administration for services, hosts, and workflows. CM maintains a central view of the cluster through heatmaps, proactive health checks, and alerts. Operational reports and dashboards allow users to diagnose and resolve issues.
