Notes:
For CLIv1, the HSISPB can be link-edited into DBCGRC or DBCGRC can attempt to load HSISPB dynamically and save the address in the HSICB for subse- quent use. This code is returned if DBCGRC is unable to load HSISPB or if the saved address is not set for a subsequent CLI routine. For CLIv2, the Query Environment service was called to obtain the Installation Id, but the HSISPB could not be loaded.
Remedy:
Correct the error and resubmit the job.
