Explanation:

The DBC/CICS Interface requires access to the CICS global area associated with the XKCREQ exit, but it was unavailable.

Notes:

This error code is only received when using the DBC/CICS Interface.

Remedy:

Check to see if the DBC/CICS Interface is active. If it is not active, start it by executing the DRCN transaction and then resubmit the failing transaction. If it is active, get a dump of the CICS address space and contact Customer Support personnel.
