Purpose
The Assign parcel requests a session COP be assigned for a workstation user attempting to log onto the Teradata Database over the network.

Fields
User Name is the same as the Userid in the logon string. The Userid is to be no longer than 30 bytes; MTDP will right pad from the actual length of the Userid to 32 bytes.
